Patrick called me the day of the appointment to update me as to when he would arrive. He also advised of a few options available for the repair to the ridge without pushing any hard sale. I also asked if they would also be able to repair the edge of the roof and fit plastic edging. A price was agreed and the job was completed to an extremely high standard within a few hours. Showed up didn’t have the tile required even after sending pictures of the roof Said they would come back. The day they were due back the van was in for MOT apparently and I got up for the job after being on a nightshift and had no communication . Said they still wanted the job. Give me another day. I asked for a time then basically just ignored me rather than just say they didn’t want the job. Horrendous communication skills. Avoid!

Good job done on the garden. I would Advise getting a written, binding quote for all work before commencement. If jet washing is to be done and hose runs through the house be ready with lots of towels as kartcha leaks
