Very disappointed with the work. Since then, the roof has leaked on four separate occasions within 20 days, despite your guarantee of a 20-year lifespan. I had to find another team to rework the entire roof and pay the same price again.

Fraser came out to view the job when he said he would. During the waiting period he kept me updated on the eta. He and the men came on the Monday morning and worked all day, the same on Tuesday, Wednesday was rained off, Thursday and Friday. All the jobs were completed and to a high standard. These young people appeared as promised and undertook a contract of work. They were very likeable young men. Sadly it became apparent that they couldn’t fulfill the job they agreed to do. Indeed it saddens me to say that they did a bit more damage than they fixed. They did promise to rectify this but I haven’t seen them in a fortnight. So whilst I would be glad to see them again. I don’t think I will.

Very reasonable quote. Once work was complete amount charged was exactly as quote. Very difficult weather conditions but Scott went out of his way to change his workload to fit my piece of work into my limited availability.
