Patrick came to fix an immerser and do an EICR assessment and provide a certificate on completion. He did the former then completed the EICR but didn't leave the certificate. He then ignored my repeated calls, texts and emails to sort the problem leaving me with no option but to pay another £250 for a service I thought someone on Rated People would be vetted for. I have also since found out his company went out of business. Daylight robbery. Do not employ this provider.

Really pleased with the job they did and I’m having them back to do my kitchen. Communication was good eg responding to texts and addressing any questions. They were also very punctual despite the limited parking where I am. They were polite, efficient, and tidy. They also worked to a high standard. Really couldn’t fault them and I love a good moan.
