We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. Our bathroom was very mouldy and he did a great job, re-grouting and re-sealing it for us. Our bathroom looks a million times better. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

They contacted me really quickly which was fantastic in my urgent plumbing issue. However, the second contract that came round was a little disappointed with. Whilst the primary issue was fixed there was a new second issue that came about. He came a second time to sort but then wanted to further charge an emergency fee. I appreciate it was a weekend but something didn’t sit right. I called a completely different plumber who I trusted before and he said that the wrong part was used which meant it wasnt safe.
