He did such an excellent job, provided new fittings for old ones that had perished, single handedly carried the old machine down the stairs?! and completed all works quickly, carefully and for the lowest quote. Nick did a good job of powerflushing my underfloor heating which is why I haven't given him 1 star. However, he also "serviced" my boiler and I have now had 2 people inspect it who have told me that's not the case and it still has bad seals and has not been serviced properly. It's now being completely replaced (I've had 2 opinions). He also ruined a carpet my being negligent while bleeding a radiator.

I was happy and paid as this plumber said he was coming back to fit some caps later in the week. Since, I have noticed the tap has been plumbed incorrectly hot to cold and vice versa, he did not return with the caps. I think he was just lying that what he wanted to fit was better because he forgot to put them on when fitting the shower and my sink isn’t attached to the wall securely. I have given him a couple of months now to put it right but he ignores my calls and texts.
