A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. ended up putting a completely wrong colour of silicon in my bedroom which completely spoilt the look despite him saying it gives a different kind of look. I was completely new to doing a house, so didn’t know what will work and what won’t. Ignoring the choice of colour part, there were smudges of silicon at many places and i wouldn’t call it a neat job per my standards. But each one could have different standards.

Is very disrespectful and selfish to leave my garden like that, I have worked hard to save up money for him to take my kindness as weakness. Hired Chris for my parents’ bathroom based on positive reviews, but our experience was disappointing. He rewired things incorrectly in the hallway and didn’t return to fix it. He left the extractor fans unfinished and never completed the job, despite charging £550. My parents paid in good faith, trusting the reviews. He has ignored all contact and still hasn’t provided the bathroom work certificate. Would not recommend.

We hired Kris to replace the carpet with flooring in a two-bedroom flat. However, there were some gaps between the floorboards, and a noise could be heard when stepping on them. Kris recently offered to come back and fix the issue at no cost, taking two days to do so. He has shown a great level of responsibility, which is rare in this industry.

Sorry for the late review, Szergej! The original job was just fitting skirting, trimming doors, and matching architrave on a new frame. Szergej was efficient and turned up on time to quote. I also asked about fitting IKEA cabinets into alcoves to look built-in—he gave me a price that evening and came back two days later to fit them. He did a great job. Really pleased with the finish. I’d definitely recommend!

Despite the competitive pricing, the lack of professionalism makes their services impossible to recommend. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. This kind of unreliability is deeply frustrating, especially when customers plan their day around appointments.

Most small jobs can be estimated via pictures makes life simpler for most working people. 50% of the job as a deposit to secure a job and 50% when finishing Is usually expected.
