Dean ,gave me options over the phone just from viewing the pictures ,no one else came close to explaining. We made arrangements said he would phone on Friday and pass by to have a look, which he did then decided that it would not take to long for the work to be completed.How wrong was he but he carried on and explained what he was doing and if he had to change what he told me .would definitely use him again when the need arise.

My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

This guy disappears on you - goes completely off-line for months. He removed parts from a functioning shower mixer with the promise to return with a new cartridge, and has disappeared.
