Daniel, emailed me on the day that I posted my job (Landscaping a small front garden for £250) and said that he had bought the job. After he came for the viewing he said if we could increase budget to £500, we could get the full look we were looking for and also pave some sections of the garden. We were reluctant but accepted to do this. Then he started making excuses about the shrubs and saying our plant budget was too low. When I mentioned that I'd leave a review on rated people, he cancelled the job.

Everything was very good, with the exception of the turfing. This part is very poor, despite a couple of attempts, as well as the way in which our garden was left. Discarded turf and soil left around the garden and under a tree and quality of laying it, not what I would have expected of a Landscape Gardener.

Great guys. Came in, did the job quick and made the site clean after. Not the cheapest but I would always use them again as they were super professional and efficient.

Paul is a very amenable worker, reliable and trustworthy. He thought through the work so that aspects which I had not thought of were considered and therefore it was a better pathway.

On our front garden he laid the artificial grass without Weed control fabric and we can see the weeds already popping up. He didn't lay the patio properly as we can see rain water stored in some areas. He didn't flatten/level the grass area where we asked him to put the Artificial grass.. he left the area in bumps. Overall, I'm really disappointed with his work and do not recommend him for any landscape work.

I was happy with their first job, they were more expensive than anyone else but could do it at short notice. NB At payment time they refused a cheque and I had to get £800 out in cash ! I paid them £350 in cash for a second job, water blast and seal my patio, which they guaranteed would last 10 years . It lasted barely a week before weeds sprung up everywhere. They will not answer my phone calls or emails and their virtual "office" number has been disconnected so I have been ripped off by £350

He phoned and made an appointment, never turned up and has never phoned since, so I have had the work done elsewhere. So far this is my one and only experience with Rated People. Adrian Smith.

Dreamscape Construction Ltd and Dj groundworks appear to bo the same company as Dj groundworks ARRANGED to visit but Dreamscape turned up instead. I was told an estimate would be emailed to me but none ever arrived.
