MBC have been unprofessional due to their unreliability, failing to complete the work and taking 4 months to do a job which was estimated to take 10 days. Whilst removing a bathroom the ceiling collapsed, they ruptured a water pipe damaging new kitchen although it was repaired.They have failed to replace the new sink which they cracked, left spotlights unfinished in bedroom, loft access and fireplace hearth unfinished. Martin has apparently been a project manager but his time management is appalling.

Dan and colleagues worked well and quickly; however I was never sure when the work would be done.

Very disappointed. Emil did not return to correct the job he had previously done for me. He is not answering my calls or text messages.

I gave him the keys for the property, he hasn't turned up to return the keys as work has been finished a two weeks ago.

Cannot comment on glen's work but disappointed with his reliability. He came across as a decent tradesmen, but following a number of visits to assess the work didn't turn up as scheduled and has not returned calls or texts.
