This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

I contacted 247 regarding a leak that was causing a problem in a neighbouring apartment. Rod turned up on time and promptly carried out a thorough investigation to pin point the source of the problem. Within an hour he had found the source of the leak and was able to advise me how to proceed. I would have no problem using 247 again, as they delivered a professional and budget friendly service.

I can't rate Josh enough. He came round looked at what work needed to be done and sent through the quote the same day. He turned up on the day with another guy the weather was terrible came up against quite a few issues but they still got the job done to a very high standard. We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed.
