They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work. Neat and Tidy did a great job of tidying up our garden in a rental property. They gave a quote based on photos and did phone on the day to say that the scope of the job was much bigger than originally thought, so the cost was higher but this did reflect the state of the garden. Quick and efficient, and put the garden back to a manageable state.

James completed some brick work and fencing to my rear garden. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. He communicated well and went the extra mile to do a good job. He was also a very tidy worker. I wouldn't hesitate to employ him again and will be doing so again in the near future.

More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING.
