Clive was curteous friendly and took great care in giving me an excellent result. He put in a lot of hours and recommended a complete replacement of the underlying structure for a very resonable extra cost. He found the original frame had rotted considerably and the new frame he put in was superior to the original. I have nothing but praise for Clive and Kevin who worked on my replacement decking. I am totally satisfied and recommend Clive to anyone wanting first class Carpentry services.

The gardener turned on time on the said date. He did a good job trimming my conifer hedge. However I did ask for his contact details, which he promised he would forward the next day. So far after 2 weeks he has not done so. Therefore I will not be able to contact him for any future work.

I was really pleased with their initial work, landscape design and quoting. The agreed a period to come and do the work, then rushed to complete the work in a shorter period (I expect due to another job). After the had completed (and paid for) we began to notice issues - particularly in relation to wobbling patio stones and pot holes in the lawn. We contacted them on a number of occasions and they stated that they would come and relay the patio stones but they never did.

The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

ILG accepted a job (installing planters on top of a - brand new - wall) that they did not actually know how to deliver. They worked things as they went along and it failed. They caused considerable damage to our newly rendered walls as a result. We have consulted with two other gardeners who confirmed that the installation was never going to work. Whilst ILG have admitted that they should issue a full refund and remove their installation, nearly a year later we are still waiting....

Lee made contact within 2 hours of posting the job, came out and quoted that afternoon and started only a week later. After explaining the quality of the job I wanted he and Sam got stuck in and made quick work of it. They were very careful about covering everything up and cleaning up afterwards. I was left with some lovely flat ceilings and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. His quote was good value and resulted in me getting the whole property done. Well done!

Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Great job, thank you Dave!

Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Plus we appreciated Myron and Ivan's eye for detail and managing their work around the weather. Our two dormers look great, so thanks Pocock Development and we'd definitely use them again ????
