Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved. Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. These guys worked hard to complete a job that required a great deal of physical effort since there was no access for machinery for digging or earth moving. Cleaning up at the end of the work could have been better. Although the finished work looked very good we are still waiting for George to replace the paving slabs that he said he would replace which were broken in their haste to leave on completion of the job - Nothing but excuses so far, hence the average rating.
