The guy come to see the tree, give me a price but never come back to do the job. Call couple of times, message him, said will come next day but didn't come. After 2 weeks send me a message if still I want to cut the tree, job was done with other company.

If i could have given half a star i would have. I was told that my work would have taken 5 days to complete we are now into our 3rd week and it is no way near finished. They were turning up at lunch time and leaving at 5 or starting at 11 and finishing at 2.15. So we got fed up with it and told them to leave. Would definitely not recommend
Terrible job left grout all over tiles which has now dried in had to get him back the nxt day slightly better job hopefull bath is sealed. Think I should get my money back will NEVER use him again forvthis type of job.
An extremely professional job completed by a really nice chap who worked industriously over the 3 days. I am not even sure if he had a lunch break! Left rubbish, and even, threw wood with nails, some shrubs, over the wall into my neighbours yard. £1600 ??. I was conned, and very stupid. Gates are squint, not fitted correctly. I’m even wondering if they were professional. Haven’t answered my call and blocked me on WhatsApp. So unhappy ,

I could not give these people a LOW enough rating. I had a 20 minute chat with them on the phone. I was given a quote and he said he would come that afternoon to look at the job but would in any case come and do the job the following morning. They did not turn up for either appointment. I phoned the mobile number he gave me FIVE times and left messages. No one got back to me.
