I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. I had new central heating and a boiler installed into my flat. I am extremely happy with the work that was done. They did a first class job and all to gas safety standards. They gave really good advice and came up with good solutions. They were always on time and were very professional and reliable. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Communication was very good, either by text, email or in person. A further serious issue was discovered during the time they were here, and I will be using Weatherproof services again to deal with that.
