Paul was great. He came out very quickly and dealt with my daughter’s door really well. It needed trimmed down due to carpets having been fitted. The carpet fitting squad couldn’t deal with the door as it wasn’t a standard internal one. It was particularly heavy and had a strong spring chain going into its side. Paul managed it fine. We had great experience with Tony for another job so gave him a new job of installing 2 new taps and a new en-suite. He was very responsive until we paid the deposit and turned up to do the job 5 weeks after the initial scheduled date. We found tap leaks right after the job. He turned up twice to fix but unable to do so. We reached out again but he didn’t respond. Our opinion is that either the materials he ordered are of poor quality or he’s just can’t fix a tap leak.
