We needed a bathroom ceiling repaired and plastered quickly. Ian was very prompt in quoting vert competitively and we engaged him. He worked very well, very tidy (lots of protective coverings on the floor etc). Did the bond coat, and returned next day to skim - it looks really great. Well done, and would certainly recommend him. Drainage job completed to my satisfaction and the garden was left in a reasonable state on completion. Not turning up at agreed times and the lack of communication was problematic, but we got there in the end.

Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.

Whilst a very personable gentleman, Glen didn't fill my requirements though his quote was within my requested range. Obviously knew what he was talking about and explained things in a very easy-to-understand manner. Unfortunately he didn't get the contract though.
