After setting Jac Jones Cons. what at first seemed like a simple straightforward job they continued to do everything they possibly could to complete what turned out to be possibly the hardest job they had ever taken on. They came to investigate the sound of running water. The leak simply couldn't be found without ripping up large parts of the house, which we all agreed should be done by a dedicated builder instead. However the investigation was as thorough as I could have expected, they didn't charge me the full call-out as they couldn't address the problem, and were good enough to write a report for my insurance company. Very professional, will go straight back to them in future.

According to these trades people their installation is guaranteed for two years. Since the installation of our decking things have gone wrong and I have tried on several occasions to get them back to put things right. I arranged for a rep that we purchased the composite decking from to come to the house ( he travelled from the north of England ) to explain to them where they had gone wrong. They could not even be bothered to turn up for the appointment. Texts/phone calls just being ignored. Stay clear !!

Excellent workmanship by two really nice friendly workmen. They arrived on time on the day and laid protective dust sheets throughout the rooms they were working in and walking through. They worked hard and finished the job at the expected time. They cleaned up, paintwork and hoovered carpets leaving the place as they had found it. The whole system was renewed and it was a difficult job. Our house was full of complex issues such as chip board floors and dated electrics.
