I can see why this company have no ratings - they couldn't even be bothered to turn up for a quote! I finished work early and waited in for over three hours, at which point I called to find out what was going on. No answer, and no return call to explain what happened. Total time wasters.

Also did a great job of keeping the flat as clean as he could given the walls and ceilings all had that "black mortar" and was pleasantly surprised with the absence of memes on completion. A couple of things I did mention to Chris for example the edge of the door not painted and the wall behind the bed not enough emulsion on the paper so paper coming away from wall don't mean to be picky but I feel I paid enough money for the job so I would have liked it perfect

Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder
