I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Ricky and his team did a fantastic job replacing our felt flat roof with Firestone rubber. His work included installing all new trims around the edge of the roof so the house looks much smarter now. This review is a bit belated, Danny fitted a couple of radiators and a new fusebox. He was punctual and very friendly. We were very happy with the work done by him. He tidied up after himself also. We have since had Danny back to fit new light fittings for us. Once again great customer service and the lights look fantastic. Basically we have found our go to electrian. I would have no reservations about recommending EPM 24 Electrical.

After getting a reasonable quote for the work, Mr Rankine was then able to start the work at a time which suited my husband and myself. The work was done to a high standard, which was plastering three walls in a bedroom. Am very pleased with the end result, the walls now look brilliant, lovely smooth finish and ready for painting. If I needed any more plastering work done in the future I would definitely use Mr Rankine again.

He Came out to my home, checked the wiring in bathroom and other fittings, provided me with a quote and never returned to finish job, tried to phone him and left text messages, he did not reply? Used the other electrician on rated people.

P.T. Electrical have been excellent. The work was for 3 days, they finished by day two. There was no mess, as stated from the initial visit they would clear any debris. Also using their experience it was less costly than initially thought. The value and quality of the work are of high standard. Also they are extremely reliable with great communication, no problems where found but I felt re-assured that P.T Electrical would have dealt with them accordingly.
